We collaborated with continuously innovative, energetic and inspiring client Warped Cigars on a custom trade show display for IPCPR 2018. The booth’s 16-foot branded tower with 3D logo and tagline and two custom lightbox product showcases give our client great visibility. In addition to architectural accents, the 20×20 island exhibit also includes guest-centric details. For example, a hospitality counter, video monitor and VIP lounge area delight attendees.
Client Comprehensive Pharmacy Services’ custom 20×20 island trade show booth commands attention at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists’ Summer Meeting and Exhibition in Denver, Colorado. A hanging sign, two custom shaped structures and perimeter light boxes give the display powerful presence and visibility. Additionally, a backlit LED counter and two meeting desks welcome attendees. Since 1978, CPS has performed efficiency and profitability audits on over 700 hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Client Christian Brothers Automotive’s branded canopy gives the 20×30 exhibit space amazing visibility at ICSC 2018. Because our client is well-known for their comfortable waiting areas, we replicated this atmosphere with lounge furniture. A large map graphic informs guests of Christian Brothers’ reach while video monitors explain our client’s franchise opportunities. In addition, a branded, LED toe-kick lit counter welcomes prospects and exudes professionalism. The auto repair company’s reputation for superior, transparent customer service helped them grow from a few shops to over 160 locations in 30 years.
The players: Our client, Ocean Infinity, and over 400 maritime, defense and energy technology exhibitors.
The challenge: Develop an exhibit that increases our client’s brand visibility and highlights their record-breaking technology in Seabed Intelligence.
The result: An innovative, custom 10-foot trade show exhibit complete with 3D LED logos, a large monitor for video presentations and a custom media counter with an integrated tablet mount for Sea-Air-Space.
Ocean Infinity’s autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) is the focus in vibrant graphic floor that makes you feel ready to submerge. In addition to aesthetics, this booth is functional for our client’s trade show purposes. A meeting area made semi-private by a custom-shaped half wall and an interactive counter help team members communicate and build relationships with attendees. Furthermore, the half wall is repositionable on the left or right side for future applications. Because of the custom halo-lit signage on the back wall and counter, our client has amazing presence and visibility.

After traveling all the way from Taiwan to exhibit at AAOS, our client Mammon made a mammoth impression with its 10×20 custom turnkey rental.
The single-sided graphic lightbox displaying our client’s logo, company name in 3D acrylic letters, and use of the organization’s colors throughout the booth increased its brand presence. An L-shaped counter with Mammon’s imprinted logo and custom color-coordinated carpet brought synergy to the booth. A white meeting area with café table and chairs added function while custom lit shelving created an illuminated retail product display that showcased its orthopedic soft goods.
We admire our clients for their fearless attitude. Coming halfway across the world to exhibit is no easy feat, and Mammon did it with grace. We wish you success in the future and hope to collaborate again.
Cigar brands Warped and Casa Fernandez joined forces to exhibit together in 2017 at IPCPR Las Vegas, where merchants from around the world descend every year to display the latest and greatest tobacco products.
The challenge: two companies with similar products and goals but different personalities. Can modern edgy illustration and traditional photography complement each other? This island booth photos show they can.
Dual backlit company brands commanded attention on the front aisle. Beautiful large-scale images served as backdrops for the separate meeting areas with lounge furniture and cafe tables that allowed visitors to learn about each product. Product showcases, a display pedestal, and locking closet completed the functionality of the island exhibit.

How do you make the coolest guys look cooler? Synergy collaborated on a modular trade show booth for Biloxi Freezing at Seafood Expo North America 2017. The exhibit was definitely cool, but what made this booth interesting is how all of the different elements came together.
A modern interpretation of a shrimp shack inspired the front of the booth, where a large graphic is framed left and right by columns with LED screens and 3D text. The perk? A large counter works as space for a meet and greet, a casual conversation and product introduction. The “coolest” part of the exhibit was the ice-cube inspired graphic hanging sign, a pillowcase graphic of the company’s name, logo, and tagline on a “frozen” block of ice.
Biloxi Freezing’s 20×20 peninsula booth had distinct elements that created a visually interesting, fully functional selling environment at SENA 2017.

Exploring different media to create unique looks for our customers is part of what makes this job so exciting. So when the Wilmark Group asked us to design a custom modular rental for Comprehensive Pharmacy Services at ASHP 2016 Las Vegas, we started with a 16-ft branded hanging sign to make Comprehensive Pharmacy Services’ brand visible from all sides of the show ﬂoor.
The most impressive scale? The front and rear entrance 16-ft spans of CPS logo headers. Perimeter sheer and backlit graphics incorporated the agency’s campaign and super hero imagery while giving a sense of privacy inside the booth. Function and aesthetics came together with a locking storage closet with monitors, serving as a divider between the front reception and the interior lounge.
We enjoyed collaborating with Wilmark Group on a booth that was as beautiful as it was functional.
We collaborated with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana on an outdoor display set for their outdoor events. The products include a branded canopy tent, table cover, banner stand and event signage. Because our client requested ease of set-up and portability for the display, we collaborated on a lightweight yet sturdy package. In addition to easy set-up, the display products also hold up to the elements for multiple outdoor applications.
