Job Description:

Are you a versatile marketer with a passion for B2B strategies? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will drive our B2B marketing efforts across various channels and ensure impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to measure campaign performance, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Produce high-quality written content for social media, blogs, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Safeguard the brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our CFO and leadership and play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Location: Preferably onsite

Responsibilities:
  1. Bookkeeping:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
    • Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper classification.
  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    • Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
    • Manage client invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
  3. Bank Reconciliation:
    • Reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  4. Financial Reporting:
    • Generate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Provide regular financial updates to management.
  5. Compliance:
    • Stay informed about relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial audits.
  6. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and monitor budgets.
    • Assist in financial forecasting to support strategic planning.
  7. Payroll:
    • Audit and input billable time for hourly employees.
    • Work with our payroll transaction provider to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax obligations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • MAC computer Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat experience of 2 years minimum (good use of Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere a plus)
  • Decent understanding of numbers (mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication)
  • Able to use and edit in Adobe Acrobat

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our Synergy Krewe. This key team member will collaborate closely with sales and design to uphold our core values and provide the best solution possible for our clients, keeping us on track with timelines and budget.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze required designs and project plans to gain a full understanding of the project
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and team members and maintain a good working relationship with all
  • Estimate project factors like labor, materials and budgets
  • Manage bids, costing and production coordination in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with accounting and design and labor departments as needed

Basic Qualifications / Skills:

• Successfully operate productivity applications, such as: Google docs, calendar, Gmail, Google sheets, Acrobat,
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Quickbooks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to switch gears in a deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Courteous and professional presentation
• Good typing, written, and oral communication skills

SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

We are currently looking for a dependable exhibit installer. The successful candidate will install and dismantle trade show exhibits, work on inventory and packing and receiving of stand components with our implementation team. Our team members care about quality, safety, and doing things right.

  • Proper inventorying of client exhibit assets
  • Reading diagrams and instructions for exhibit and graphic installations

support the company in day-to-day operations in an effective and productive manner. Timely
and accurate completion of duties is of the utmost importance to the efficient management of
events.
