TIGHTER INDUSTRY DEADLINES & PRICE INCREASES

As we transition into another season, please know there are still labor and supply chain shortages. It is becoming more difficult to get materials in at an expedited rate. Production times are doubling, and even tripling. This is a friendly reminder to start preparing for your exhibit NOW.

Longer production time frames and transit delays are causing lead times to double, and sometimes triple. In addition, our industry is also facing price increases due to high freight, material, and market demand. Our manufacturers are raising prices on hardware and display frames, and freight companies are implementing additional fees and larger transit times on large crate shipments.

As a result of these circumstances, our estimates will be higher than you’re previously used to. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during these extraordinary times.

To alleviate some of the hardship and in an effort to keep prices as low as possible, we ask you to plan ahead for your upcoming deadlines. We understand preparing for your show can be hectic, so please contact us with any questions and how we can assist you!

We have weathered the storm and are grateful that our team is safe after Hurricane Ida. Our hearts go out those still recuperating from this catastrophe.

Your satisfaction is our priority, so here is an update on our operations while both Kenner and New Orleans locations infrastructure recuperates:

  • We are tracking exhibits and mask stands already en route to you to make sure you are taken care of.
  • We are working out of our Alabama office and remotely as needed until we are allowed back or have utilities to be able to work on-site.
  • We have checked logistics so your upcoming trade shows move forward as planned.
  • We are available during regular business hours to answer any questions and take orders.
