Backlit Trade Show booth and Custom Counter for Doximity

PROCESS OF ILLUMINATION

Client Doximity exhibited at the 23rd Annual Healthcare Marketing & Physicians Strategies Summit in Salt Lake City, Utah. The client’s goal was to establish credibility and increase brand awareness. Therefore, we collaborated on a luminous backlit trade show booth design for our client that exudes contemporary professionalism.

With over 1 million current members, Doximity has become the go-to “Social Network for Clinicians” since its creation in 2011. Users trust the software to help them connect, learn and share information securely with other healthcare professionals. In order to establish the brand’s credibility, the backlit trade show booth showcases Doximity’s immense network of physicians. In addition, a testimonial from a major healthcare publication further validates Doximity. To increase our client’s brand visibility, we designed a custom pewter-finish reception counter with a dimensional backlit logo and matching kiosk with a video monitor.

By incorporating custom pieces into the display design, using SEG to illuminate important messaging and streamlining the aesthetic with clean, modern carpet and furniture, we were able to develop an impactful booth that conveys Doximity’s trustworthiness and professionalism.

Backlit Trade Show Display for Roco Rescue 2018

Client and VPP Star worksite participant Roco Rescue‘s customized Nomadic Display 10×20 backlit trade show display looks outstanding at the Region VI’s Voluntary Protection Program Association’s 30th Annual Safety & Health Conference in Ft. Worth, Texas. The luminous back wall graphic draws attention to one of Roco’s areas of expertise: confined space rescues. In order to showcase important information, we designed two custom branded counters with integrated literature holders for brochures and take-aways. Another offering from Roco is their safety and rescue equipment. Therefore, we developed a slat wall retail display with a video monitor for gear. This backlit trade show display showcases Roco Rescue, a certified woman-owned business serving emergency responders for more than 35 years, in a professional and memorable way.

Retail Trade Show Display for Mammon at AAOS 2018

MARVELOUS MAMMON

After traveling all the way from Taiwan to exhibit at AAOS, our client Mammon made a mammoth impression with its custom 10×20 retail trade show display.

The single-sided graphic lightbox displaying our client’s logo, company name in 3D acrylic letters, and use of the organization’s colors throughout the booth increased its brand presence. Then, an L-shaped counter with Mammon’s imprinted logo and custom color-coordinated carpet brought synergy to the booth. Additionally, a white meeting area with café table and chairs added function. In order to showcase Mammon’s orthopedic soft goods, we designed custom lit shelving to an illuminated retail trade show display.

Branded Interior Transformation for UP Professional Solutions

It is always a delight to work with UP Professional Solutions on their event and interior projects. Repurposing parts of their 2017 Downstream Engineering, Construction and Maintenance conference booth into a branded environment was an exciting challenge. As a result, the branded interior exuded professionalism with lots of team-building space for employees.

Since 1980, UP Professional Solutions has connected skilled workers to jobs in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries. UP’s experience, integrity and commitment to employee and worksite safety earns recognition in the industry. To help our client stand out at #Downstream2017 we designed a halo-lit logo sign for the back wall. A backlit SEG graphic showcasing a UP employee performing a safety check establishes credibility and expertise. Additionally, a custom counter and color-coordinated carpet bring cohesion to the display.

Branded Interior

After its success at Downstream, UP wished to enhance its lobby space at their downtown New Orleans headquarters. The goal of the branded interior transformation was to express company culture, showcase awards and add collaborative space.

The glowing sign from the conference booth became a key part of an awards wall display. UP’s 3D tagline and LED shelves enhanced the branded signage. Additionally, we installed the SEG graphic on an unused wall. We repurposed the branded counter as a storage console and bar for company gatherings. Finally, using custom wallpaper, we highlighted UP’s mission, vision and values and created a collaborative nook.

First, we created a dynamic, eye-catching booth for UP by understanding our client and their sales and marketing objectives. Then we extended the life of their display investment by repurposing several exhibit elements into the lobby transformation. Consequently, the solution maintains brand consistency and motivates and inspires employees long after the show’s end.

Co-Exhibitors Warped Cigars and Casa Fernandez Conquer IPCPR

GLOWING PROSPERITY

During 2017, cigar brands and co-exhibitors Warped and Casa Fernandez joined forces to exhibit together at IPCPR Las Vegas, where merchants from around the world descend every year to display the latest and greatest tobacco products.

The challenge: co-exhibitors with similar products and goals but different personalities. So can modern edgy illustration and traditional photography complement each other? Well, these island booth photos from IPCPR show they can.

Dual backlit company brands commanded attention on the front aisle. Beautiful large-scale images served as backdrops for the separate meeting areas with lounge furniture and cafe tables that allowed visitors to learn about each product. Additionally, product showcases, a display pedestal, and locking closet completed the functionality of the island exhibit.

Hanging Sign in a Custom Rental for CPS at ASHP Midyear 2016

SUPER CPS!

Exploring different media to create unique looks for our customers is part of what makes this job so exciting. So when the Wilmark Group asked us to design a custom modular rental for Comprehensive Pharmacy Services at ASHP 2016 Las Vegas, we started with a 16-ft branded hanging sign to make Comprehensive Pharmacy Services’ brand visible from all sides of the show floor.

The most impressive scale? The front and rear entrance 16-ft spans of CPS logo headers. Perimeter sheer and backlit graphics incorporated the agency’s campaign and superhero imagery. This also gave a sense of privacy inside the booth. Function and aesthetics came together with a locking storage closet with monitors, serving as a divider between the front reception and the interior lounge.

10×20 Rental for Laitram Machinery at SENA 2016

ON A ROLL WITH LAITRAM

Our fellow Louisianan, Laitram Machinery, represented in Boston at Seafood Expo North America 2016. Synergy collaborated with the seafood processing company on a custom 10×20 rental display for the event. In addition to modernizing their booth with clear, recognizable branding elements, Laitram’s goals included space for one-on-one meetings.

Our emphasis was on “less is more.” The blue and white contrast with monochromatic furniture and carpet and blue logo and backlit SEG graphics gave the 10×20 rental booth a contemporary feel and therefore visibility in a trade show floor often dark and cluttered with too much content for the attendee.
