Cox Powertrain Ltd., overseas client and creator of the world’s most powerful diesel outboard, the #CX0300, displays its incredible motor at the first day of the 2019 #MiamiBoatShow. Two super-sized 3D logos top a canopy accented with white gloss. These details transform the exhibit into a custom trade show rental solution tailored to fit our client’s impressive brand. In addition to being beautiful, the display is functional with ample collaborative meeting areas and a storage closet. Therefore, the client enjoys the best of both worlds.
EXCLUSIVELY DIFFERENT DISPLAY
After consulting with client Warped Cigars on their objectives for IPCPR 2018, we collaborated on a custom trade show display. In order to align with Warped’s “Exclusively Different” brand, we created a custom solution for their show. For example, two custom lightbox product showcases line the perimeter. A 16-foot branded tower with 3D logo gives our client great visibility. In addition to architectural accents, the 20×20 island exhibit also includes guest-centric details. For example, a hospitality counter, video monitor and VIP lounge area delight attendees.
TO OCEAN INFINITY AND BEYOND
The Players: Our client, Ocean Infinity, and over 400 maritime, defense and energy technology exhibitors.
The Challenge: Create an exhibit that increases our client’s brand visibility and highlights their record-breaking technology in Seabed Intelligence.
As a Result: An innovative, custom 10×10 trade show exhibit complete with 3D LED logos, a large monitor for video presentations and a custom media counter with an integrated tablet mount for Sea-Air-Space.
Custom 10×10 Trade Show Booth
Ocean Infinity’s autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) is the focus of a vibrant graphic floor that makes you feel ready to submerge. In addition to aesthetics, this custom 10×10 booth is functional for our client’s trade show purposes. A meeting area made semi-private by a custom-shaped half wall helps team members communicate and build relationships with attendees. In addition, an interactive counter with an inset tablet increases Ocean Infinity’s engagement opportunities. Furthermore, the half wall is repositionable on the left or right side for future applications. Because of the custom halo-lit signage on the back wall and counter, our client has amazing presence and visibility.

OLD WORLD MEETS NEW
Our client, Habana Port Cigars needed a custom retail display for their location at the New Orleans Riverwalk. The father and son duo behind Habana Port were a lot of fun to work with. The challenge: one loves traditional elements while the other loves a more modern look. Therefore, we developed a custom solution to combine the essence of both with their brand.
In order to appeal to the old-world taste and for cigar storage function, we used cedar to create the custom, wall-sized humidor and added leather pulls for a distinct feel. White quartz countertops, white acrylic 3D product names, and clean and bright LED side panels define the contemporary feel. In addition, the LED panels illuminated product in an elegant way.
Functional elements include hidden vents for the display to work as a huge wall humidor. The custom solution also has accessible storage on the cabinetry behind the top signage. The central pylon vertical retail screen and custom shaped signage tied together the modern materials and traditional finishes to create a professional and functional presentation. Although our client moved from the Outlet Collection Riverwalk Mall in 2018, this project remains one of our favorites.
The impressive details make this custom humidor retail display unique. Our client was pleased with the cohesive blend of old and new worlds that perfectly exudes Habana Port Cigars.

THE COOLEST GUYS IN TOWN
How do you make the coolest guys look cooler? Synergy collaborated on a modular 20×20 trade show booth for Biloxi Freezing at Seafood Expo North America 2017. The exhibit was definitely cool, but what made this booth interesting is how all of the different elements came together. To illustrate, see the photos below.
A modern interpretation of a shrimp shack inspired the front of the booth. To the left and right of a large graphic, we mounted LED screens and 3D text onto columns. The perk? A large counter works as space for a meet and greet, as well as casual conversation and product introduction. The “coolest” part of the exhibit was the ice-cube inspired graphic hanging sign. In other words, a pillowcase graphic of the company’s name, logo, and tagline on a “frozen” block of ice.
The distinct elements of the 20×20 peninsula booth for Biloxi Freezing created a visually interesting, fully functional selling environment at SENA 2017.
