Then, attendees vote for the best solution with dots. This tactile activity creates an unforgettable experience for guests and provides actionable insights for our client. A great-looking conference exhibit with a purpose? It doesn’t get any better than that!
Long-time client and Gulf Coast neighbor Biloxi Freezing and Processing, Inc. showcases what makes the company a top U.S. shrimp producer at the 2019 Seafood Expo North America in Boston, MA. Firstly, the fish-shack-inspired 20×20 island booth, built using Nomadic Display structure, creates a memorable environment for attendees. Additionally, branded hanging sign crowns the island exhibit, reinforcing Biloxi’s “Coolest Guys in Town” message.
Client #AiPrime debuted its revolutionary imaging technology at last year’s NAPE Summit. The summit is the premier expo for the oil and gas industry to exchange ideas and products. This year, AI Prime is back in a 20×20 trade show booth with 12-foot structure with multiple presentation screens, dimensional signage and rich-colored carpet. Therefore, AI Prime has the impact and visibility needed to stand out at a busy show. Additionally, a closet and meeting tables provide function for team members.
FINDING THE RIGHT ANGLES
Comprehensive Pharmacy Services exhibits at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists‘ Midyear Meeting and Exhibition in Anaheim, California. Before the show, we collaborated with CPS on a custom exhibit design that would draw in attendees and differentiate their brand. Therefore, we developed seamless custom-shaped structures to compliment our client’s branded hanging sign and perimeter light boxes. Additionally, meeting areas allow for one-on-ones in this island display. The exhibit design aligns with CPS’ commitment to providing collaborative and supportive pharmacy solutions.
COMMUNICATING NETWORK INNOVATION’S CAPABILITIES
While at the 2018 International WorkBoat Show, Network Innovations presented its maritime communication technologies to show attendees. The exhibit increased brand visibility and communicated our client’s capabilities. For example, the island rental featured a 16-foot branded tower with monitors. On the left and right, two double-sided graphic bridges connected to the tower. The open design of the 20×20 exhibit space allows for 2 contemporary meeting areas behind the vertical structures. As a result, IWBS attendees could speak with Network Innovations team members one-on-one.

Instead of crowding their booth with text at the 2018 International WorkBoat Show, Point Eight Power took a different approach. The utility company opted to focus on customer interaction and hospitality, building relationships with guests in their 20×20 exhibit space. Additionally, display branded headers and vertical messaging visually enclosed the custom LED hospitality counter and lit hanging sign. The contrast of strong extrusion and luminous details represented the fusion of electricity and industrial equipment integral to Point Eight Power’s offerings.
DIESEL OUTBOARD ON DISPLAY
Cox Powertrain Ltd.’s 20×20 island rental exudes professionalism at the 2018 International WorkBoat Show. For example, a 16-foot branded tower, enhanced by two perimeter double-sided graphic columns, defines our client’s meeting area. In order to increase client visibility, we incorporated a vertical monitor onto the tower, showcasing their revolutionary #CXO300 diesel outboard in use on a neighboring booth’s boat.
