Client Cox Powertrain Ltd. requested an exhibit design for the debut of its revolutionary 300hp diesel outboard, the CXO300, at the 2018 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show Engine Tent. In order to do the premiere of this incredible innovation justice, we collaborated on a 20×20 custom rental display. A 20-ft seamless graphic wall next to the private meeting area displays the #CXO300’s launch date. The set-up also enhances our client’s control unit. As a result, the design strengthened the connection between brand and product.
Automotive Art’s Dazzling Double-Deck Exhibit
You can certainly feel the energy and excitement here at day two of The SEMA Show 2018 in #LasVegas, Nevada. Our client Automotive Art dazzles with a double-deck exhibit. The addition of a second level allows our client simultaneous engagement with guests. They present their cutting-edge automotive color matching technology downstairs and engage with VIPs in an upstairs lounge. As a result, our client maximizes both their exhibit space and budget. In addition, a rotating hanging sign increases brand visibility.

RENTAL KIOSKS MAKE EVENTS EZ
Ez Events, Inc. hosted an event at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside and requested rental kiosks for training sessions. With this purpose in mind, we designed customized kiosks that connect laptops to video monitors, providing interactive, one-on-one training areas. The kiosks also stored cords, brochures and miscellaneous exhibitor items.

SEAMLESS SOLUTION FOR SALHER
Client Salher, a global water solutions provider based in Madrid, Spain, wished to showcase its brand and offerings at WEFTEC 2018. In order to meet this request, we collaborated on a crisp 10×20 trade show display. Our client’s logo is the focal point of the clean and cohesive SEG back wall and reception counter. In addition, graphic half-wall allows for semi-private meetings within the busy exhibition hall.
Client CMI Environment showcases its impressive water solution technologies at WEFTEC 2018 with a contemporary island display. In order to increase client visibility, we designed a branded hanging sign that towers over the display and enhances the 16-ft tower. A 12-ft sheer graphic featuring CMI’s service locations creates some privacy for the 20×20 exhibit’s meeting area. In contrast to our client’s rich graphics, clean white space gives this booth a streamlined and cohesive look.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE HACIENDA…
Client Aganorsa Leaf, formerly Casa Fernández, exhibited its award-winning cigars at the 86th Annual International Premium Cigar and Pipe Retailers Convention and International Trade Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. In order to differentiate this special brand, its unique production process became the focus of this design. Our client also planned to debut its new brand name and image at the show. Therefore, we designed a display that took attendees on the journey of Aganorsa’s cigars from seed to ash. The display design introduced guests to the new identity in a memorable trade show environment.
After assembling a team of high-level Cuban cigar experts to oversee production in 1998, Aganorsa Leaf quickly became world-renowned for its aroma and flavor. Aganorsa manages every aspect of production, including farming, processing and blending. The attention to detail from seed to ash gives our client’s products unmatched depth and quality. It also separates Aganorsa Leaf from many other brands on the market. Therefore, that became a key element in the display design. The 20×40 trade show booth transported attendees into a modern hacienda complete with showcases, locking storage closet and meeting areas.

AROUND THE WORLD WITH WEBBEDS
RPZ Comunicacion’s client WebBeds (also known as JacTravel, Lots of Hotels, Sunhotels, TotalStay and FIT Ruums) connects travel providers with hotel rooms around the world. WebBeds exhibited at the U.S. Travel Association’s IPW 2018 in Denver, Colorado with a display design from Synergy. RPZ’s 10×10 booth showcases some of the dream destinations clients can experience through WebBeds’s services. For example, New York and San Francisco appear on the display’s beautiful graphic back wall. In addition, two meeting areas, a branded reception counter and color-coordinated carpet complete the space. As a result, WebBeds’ brand pops in this small exhibit space.
TRAVCO’S TRADE SHOW TRIUMPH
RPZ Comunicacion’s sleek 10×20 booth for client Travco LLP exudes professionalism at the U.S. Travel Association’s 50th IPW in Denver, Colorado. For example, the seamless tension fabric back wall gives the display a flawless appearance. Additionally, a branded reception counter, literature holder and three meeting areas help the hotel wholesaler connect with attendees.
THE GRASS IS GREENER WITH DAXKO
When client and NAYDO Platinum Premier sponsor Daxko asked us to design a 10×30 L-shaped conference booth for the 37th Annual NAYDO Conference on YMCA Philanthropy in New Orleans, we were excited to create an eye-catching display. As a result, the display exuded our client’s “deep roots, [and] vibrant future” with bold colors and an unusual exhibit material: grass.
Daxko is a software company for health and wellness organizations including the YMCA. NAYDO’s mission is to “inspire and strengthen the philanthropic culture of the YMCA,” so we added space for brainstorming and collaboration with an interactive writing wall. Additionally, two meeting areas connected attendees to Daxko’s team members. A custom aisle-facing grass wall displaying our client’s colorful 3D logo energized the exhibit and gave it an organic feel. Finally, modern furniture and flooring brought cohesion to the space.
With spaces to write and meet, this display marries eye-catching design and function. Daxko’s conference booth shows off its innovative, vibrant brand identity and brings guests together in a spirit of collaboration.

ASV IN ACTION AT SEA-AIR-SPACE 2018
ASV Global’s (now known as L3 ASV) custom exhibit design looks amazing at the Navy League’s Sea-Air-Space Maritime Exposition 2018. For example, custom details like the sculptural back wall, 3D up-lit logo and custom counter with an integrated monitor increase our client’s visibility and draw in attendees. Furthermore, the custom-built counter allows our client to display two video messages simultaneously.
