Synergy Design Group helped Seaborn navigate the SENA show with a stunning 10×30 modern and functional booth. The spacious design featured a 30-foot wide back wall accented by branded graphics. For a touch of luxury, a transparent panel canopy hovered overhead, allowing light to flow while creating a distinct visual impression. Dye-sub SEG tension fabric graphics adorned the back wall and continued seamlessly across the walls, ensuring brand messaging was prominent throughout the booth. The strategic use of transparent panels and high-quality graphics ensured the booth stood out, attracting significant attention throughout the SENA show.

Santec Soars: Unveiling the Double-Decker Product Paradise!

We designed a massive two-story island booth for Santec that will stop attendees in their tracks.  The Santac Booth is a large island booth with two floors. It serves as a product display area, showcasing merchandise effectively. We used inlaid fill lights to create dynamic highlights on the products. The lighting design enhances the visual appeal of the merchandise. Our booth design ensures maximum visibility and engagement.

Additionally, the two-floor structure allows for efficient space utilization. The Santac Booth perfectly combines functionality and aesthetics. We aimed to create an inviting and practical display area for Santac’s products. Every element was carefully planned to optimize the booth’s impact.

Putting Innovation First: Synergy Design Group’s Interactive Fleetguard Booth

We created a fun and interactive experience for Fleetguard at a recent trade show with a giant 50′ x 30′ putting green! The enclosure even had a playful  a White Picket fence-style barrier system. But wait, there’s more! Every hole’s scenery featured Fleetguard filtration products, making the booth informative and engaging. Our design seamlessly blends functionality with creativity, making the booth both practical and visually appealing. Who knew learning could be so much fun?

Game On: Synergy Design Group’s High-Energy Booth for Motivosity

Project Overview

At Synergy Design Group, we created a fun, high-energy space for our client Motivosity, telling the story of what they do. We start with a game, which then leads to engaging conversations. The game doesn’t take over but invites people to stay longer and interact. The traffic flow created for the booth was designed to turn prospects into real clients.

Design & Implementation

The concept of the booth for Motivosity was a “Happy Factory” where people create their ideal work environment. A faux brick look provides a structure with an elevated, well-lit sign on a faux truss. We backlight button tabs, controls, and a semi-dimensional wheel and conveyor belt. Bright lighting highlights the wheel and other factory-designed elements. Our display features Carl Mini Plush, slippers, and socks in fun game pipes. The back graphics include small kiosks for demos.

Project Overview

We feature custom “Motivosity” and “MV” signage with reflective paint. Our “Happy Factory” sign is LED neon, 69″w x 23″h, with a white Sintra backer. The “Spin to Win” sign is 26″w, LED neon. Circular elements use 1/2″ Sintra with LED tape backlighting. A 48″ LED prize wheel has applied magnetic graphics and mounts to a custom cabinet. Our “Conveyor Belt” floating shelf, 23″w x 2″h, is clad in Sintra. The interactive survey area includes a pedestal with clear acrylic tubes of various thicknesses. All of these elements combine to create an enticing booth for clients to come in to play and stay to learn, then leave with a prize reminder of their good experience. Unveiling the wonders of Dunbar Caves!

We’re thrilled to share our work on the Dunbar Caves Visitor Center near Nashville, TN! This project for Radnor Lake State Park is all about bringing the beauty of nature indoors. We designed, built, and installed everything from vinyl wall murals and custom cave formations (using 3D scans) to eye-catching entrance signage and educational exhibits. Special display cases put the spotlight on the wonders of the wilderness, making learning an adventure for visitors of all ages.This project is a perfect example of how we seamlessly blend nature with education.

Striking a Chord: Amazon Music’s Interactive Booth at CMA Fest Fan Fair X 2022

Amazon Music approached our experienced team with a challenge for the CMA Fan Fair Expo in Nashville, TN, from June 7th to 12th, 2022. They needed a dynamic 30×40 booth for the annual CMA Fest, featuring several interactive and engaging elements. The client sought a meet & greet area with queue line management, a self-service merch shop, an artist lounge/social capture space, a Country Heat playlist photo backdrop, a closet for extra storage, and a custom prize wheel for giveaways. Leveraging our expertise in [specific area], we were able to design a booth that not only met these requirements but also exceeded expectations.

Design & Implementation

We crafted a vibrant and functional booth, incorporating unique elements that set it apart. Our custom prize wheel, resembling a disco ball, was a show-stopping centerpiece. It was inset in a custom cabinet for storage and used adhesive-backed vinyl for color blocking and display graphics. We also introduced self-service merch areas where visitors could use QR codes to purchase items directly from their phones. The Country Heat photo backdrop, designed to make fans look like they were featured on the popular Amazon Music Podcast thumbnail, was a hit. Floating records with custom Amazon Music Center decals added a unique touch to the meet & greet area, enhancing the overall experience.

Illuminating Success: A Warped Design for Excellence

Project Overview

Our client was in need of an exhibit design that was not just practical, but also innovative. They desired a design that would balance openness with practicality, featuring a prominent product wall and open-air spaces. They were particularly drawn to backlit items and required seating for representatives. The design was to be a showcase of products, akin to a museum, with segmented displays for each country and product, offering a unique and engaging experience.

Design & Implementation

We designed a 16-foot tower with a locking closet and a 12-foot wood slat canopy. This structure, with its locking closet, provides secure storage for valuable items during the exhibit. The 12-foot wood slat canopy, in addition to its aesthetic appeal, ensures comfort and coolness for the representatives. With RGB LED lighting, the “WARPED” 3D edge-lit signage created a stunning visual impact, attracting visitors to the exhibit. We also incorporated custom showcase cases and a laminated reception counter with LED toe-kick lighting, enhancing the display of products and providing a welcoming reception area. Our mix of brand neutrals and wood accents provided a cohesive, attractive design that aligns with the client’s brand identity.

Conclusion

Our client loved the exhibit, praising its quality and custom elements. They specifically mentioned their appreciation for the matching of wood for bases and tabletops, which they felt added a touch of elegance to the exhibit. The furniture, flooring, and VIP area were also highlighted as areas of satisfaction. The colors and graphics met their expectations, and the electrical setup was perfect despite minor adjustments needed for wiring holes. The panels stayed up, and video integration was seamless. The client was thrilled with the final product and plans to repurpose the sustainable items for future exhibits, a testament to their satisfaction with the exhibit’s sustainability and longevity.
